Ordinary Love wins IFTA Best Film 2020
Ordinary Love starring Liam Neeson and Lesley Manville has been awarded Best Film 2020 at the Irish Film & Television Awards (IFTA’s). The Award was announced at the virtual ceremony today with Martin Scorsese (virtually!) presenting the Best Film Award. This is great news and congratulations to fellow producers Brian Falconer and David Holmes and to directors Glenn Leyburn and Lisa Barros D’sa and screenwriter Owen Mccafferty. Also congratulations to David Wilmot who won the IFTA Award for Best Actor in a supporting role at the ceremony for his performance in Ordinary Love.
Premiering at the Toronto and London Film Festivals and certified ‘Fresh’ on Rotten Tomatoes at 93% based on 101 reviews – we are very happy with the critical response to the film!
