The Honeymoon
Tempo are delighted to announce our next production THE HONEYMOON with our partners at Notorious Pictures in Italy, with photography commencing September 2021.
“The Honeymoon” is a romantic comedy about the challenges facing a new marriage when what is supposed to be one of the most wonderful, intimate events goes calamitously wrong. It’s also a film about friendship, and the emotional separation that happens when two life-long best friends have to deal with the fact that one of them is going off to form a new life with his new bride, and the other is inevitably being left behind.
The Honeymoon, is written and will be directed by Dean Craig and stars Oscar® nominee Maria Bakalova (Borat Subsequent Moviefilm), Pico Alexander (Home Again), Asim Chaudhry (People Just Do Nothing) and Lucas Bravo (Emily in Paris). Englishman, Adam and his American bride, Sarah are about to embark on the romantic honeymoon of a lifetime in Venice, Italy. But when the newlyweds’ trip is gatecrashed by Adam’s excessively needy best friend, Ed, it inadvertently turns their perfect lovers’ holiday into a complete disaster.
